About Cherrywood Post Acute

The Cherrywood Post Acute Mission

Our mission at Cherrywood Post Acute is for all our patients to achieve their highest level of independence possible. We help them achieve this through skilled nursing, rehab & therapy, and specialized care, and we customize care plans for each resident to suit their needs specifically. In addition, we work hard to make our nursing facility a comfortable, relaxing, and safe environment so that our patients can enjoy their free time between care programs. We provide activities, common areas, comfortable personal rooms, and high-quality dining, all centered around the health and recovery of our patients.

Collaborative, multidisciplinary care is at the heart of what we do. Nurses, therapists, social workers, dietary experts, and support staff coordinate closely to deliver individualized treatment, smooth transitions, and attentive service. Many members of our staff have been with us for over 20 years and are experts in delivering quality care.
